Our Leadership

Currently, he serves as the President and CEO of Daiken Japan. With a remarkable career spanning 38 years, Mr. Toshi brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role. Mr. Toshi spearheads the company's strategic initiatives, ensuring its continued growth and success. Before his current position, as a Project Director at Toshiba Power Systems Japan, Mr. Toshi was responsible for overseeing critical projects, ensuring their successful execution and delivery. His leadership and strategic guidance were pivotal in the successful implementation of power generation projects in Japan. Mr. Toshi also served as the Managing Director of Toshiba Power Systems Gulf KSA, where he oversaw Toshiba's power systems business operations in KSA.

Mr. Baba currently serves as the Vice President of Daiken Japan. With an impressive 40-year career, he has made substantial contributions to both the organization and the industry. Before his current role, Mr. Baba held several leadership positions within the Senior Leadership team at Toshiba Power Systems. As an Executive Director, his leadership was instrumental in driving the success of Toshiba Hydro Power (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. in China.

Anand Alagarsamy, as the Chief Operating Officer of Latentech Private Limited, brings a wealth of experience from the power plant industry, spanning over 15 years. Before establishing Latentech, he honed his expertise at Toshiba Power Systems, Japan, where he dedicated over a decade to the field. Anand Alagarsamy is instrumental in driving our company's achievements, distinguished by his steadfast commitment to entrepreneurship. He is deeply driven by a vision to enhance the well-being of individuals and communities.
