The Procurement activities involves but not limited to;
- Vendor evaluations such as Technical and Commercial evaluation report.
- Project Contract/Schedule negotiation & finalization.
- Review of vendor shop drawing & Fabrication sequence.
- Review of design & QA/QC documents.
- Overall project/Schedule monitoring.
- Conducting Periodical review meeting.
- Conducting stage wise inspection by LT/Third party inspection agency.
- Logistics handling.
